5.6.2. Registration Requirements

All Market Center participants must be registered with Nasdaq. Once registered, they must then continue to meet the following requirements:

• Execution of applicable agreements with Nasdaq

• Membership in or access to a clearing agency registered with the SEC, through which trades may be settled

• Compliance with Nasdaq rules

• Maintenance of the physical security of the participant’s equipment to prevent the improper use of Nasdaq system
