2.5.4.4. Code of Mediation

Any matter that is eligible for arbitration may instead be submitted for mediation. A less formal alternative to arbitration, mediation is strictly voluntary. All parties must agree to mediation in writing. Parties may choose it instead of arbitration, or they may submit to mediation within an arbitration process to resolve any aspect of an arbitrated dispute, including procedural matters. A mediation process will not stop or delay the arbitration proceeding, unless all parties agree to a stay.
