Expiration dates are standardized by the OCC. All equity options expire on the third Friday of the month. Trading must also cease on this Friday or the third Thursday if Friday is a holiday. Holders of expiring options must exercise their options by Friday.

Solomon exam prep materials are the best! I have passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 in less than 12 months using their materials. Their products are fantastic!
