Sales charges must be reasonable in terms of the services rendered. Under federal law, a sales load must not exceed 9% of the sum of the annual premiums that the insured would be expected to pay during the lesser of (1) her anticipated life expectancy or (2) twenty years.

I just passed the Series 66 exam and found that the Solomon Exam Prep materials are the way to go when preparing for this exam.
