Within 25 days after a decision has been made, a respondent, the Department of Enforcement, or the Department of Market Regulation may file a written notice of appeal with the NAC, which will appoint a subcommittee to hear the appeal. Based on oral arguments, the record on review, and any new evidence that may be entered, the subcommittee will send a recommendation to the NAC, which may affirm, modify, or rever
